Terms of use

This is a translation. If the versions differ, the Dutch version applies.
Thanks for using Ask & Roll. These terms apply to the website asknroll.app and the app. By using Ask & Roll you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Ask & Roll is a product of Wilbert Kramer | Marketing + AI, based in Kampen, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 73946192). Contact: hallo@asknroll.app.
2. Use
You may use Ask & Roll for free: at home, in class, at church or at a club. Want to use Ask & Roll in something you charge money for, such as a paid course or a product you sell? Please ask us for written permission first.
Don't use Ask & Roll in a way that harms the app or other people, for example by automatically requesting large amounts of data or by misusing the sign-up form.
3. The questions and your children
The questions are meant to talk about together. As a parent or carer you know your child best: feel free to skip a question that doesn't fit. Ask & Roll is not a replacement for professional help.
4. Account
You don't need an account to play. If you create one, you are 16 or older and use your own email address. Keep sign-in codes to yourself. We may block or delete an account in case of misuse.
5. Rights to the content
The questions, texts, illustrations, logo and design of Ask & Roll belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may share individual questions or a screenshot, for example with the share button. You may not copy, sell or include the question set, in whole or in large part, in a product of your own.
6. Question packs
We are working on extra question packs you can buy. At checkout you will see the price and the terms of that purchase, including what applies to your right of withdrawal for digital content. The free questions stay free.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Ask & Roll working and available, but we can't promise it always will be. We may change or extend the app and the questions, or stop parts of it.
8. Liability
Ask & Roll is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by using the app or by the app being temporarily unavailable. This does not apply if the damage is caused by intent or deliberate recklessness on our part. Your statutory rights as a consumer always apply.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows which version applies. For important changes we let you know on the website.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, unless consumer law gives you a different choice. Can't work it out with us? Email us first; we would rather solve it together.
